Waldo. leads the product strategy, UX, and visual design of the latest product offering of OfficialCommunity - a fan engagement company.

Waldo led a series of product strategy defining workshops for EditCloud - an ecosystem for virtual media production tools and talent. We designed the end-to-end application enabling EditCloud to successfully raise £2M.

Waldo. designed a data taxonomy and data lineage visualisation tool, tracking all touch points of data across internal and external systems within the bank.

We led the product strategy and design of a next level media publishing platform which supports producers, rights owners, and creators to better manage their content on every channel, all the time.

Waldo. provided strategic product consulting and uncovered opportunities for innovative business expansion in the sphere of live broadcast.

Waldo. designed and supported the implementation a platform for ‘cloud governance as code’, built upon the open source project Cloud Custodian (c7n). We now provide on-going support for product improvements and new features.

Waldo. designed an industry-first workflow and UI for collection and management of enterprise-level carbon emissions data.

Waldo. designed a user-friendly CLI and UI, providing a fully-conformant SPIFFE implementation for enterprise workload identity.

Waldo. led a service and UX design project that reframed the future of client services at JPM’s Cyber Security & Risk division and identified and designed solutions for the as-yet unmet needs of 300 employees across 4 continents.

Waldo. redesigned the internal software store, used by over 9,000 engineers worldwide. The updated design greatly improved usability and engagement, resulting in great reduction of time to market for hundreds of applications.
